At Vanity Set Glow, we prioritize customer satisfaction and quality assurance. To ensure the integrity of our products, we have implemented a strict refund policy. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1.     No Returns on Opened or Assembled Items: We do not accept returns for items once the box has been opened or any parts have been assembled. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product quality for all customers. Please reach support@vanitysetglow.com if the packages arrived damaged / lost / stolen upon arrival by the carrier. If insurance is not purchased in the order and there is problem with the package, the claim will be filed with the carrier and we will not hold the liability.

2.     Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, and the item must remain in its original, unopened packaging. 

3.     Refund Process: If your item qualifies for a return, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4.     Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

5.     Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
